This Policy has been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.  The arbitration of any claim arising form or relating to this Policy will be conducted in Phoenix, Arizona.   Any action arising from or relating to this Policy or its claimed breach, or to ant arbitration conducted relating to this Policy, shall be commenced and resolved only in a federal or state court located in Phoenix, Arizona and you consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in such courts.
